David M. Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc. a State Farm Insurance Agency, located in Roeland Park, KS, has an immediate opening for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish / English) Office Representative.

No insurance experience required! We will train the right person with the right attitude and skill set.

Min base starting Salary :

20.00;

Max. base starting Salary :

25.00.

Plus, monthly bonuses after licensed.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements :

• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
• Dependability is extremely important
• Fast Learner, Quick Study
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Able to influence others. (honest, smart and persuasive)
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual (Able to meet company / individual goals)
• Adaptability to changing technology

Business casual dress code required as we see clients on a regular basis.
