What You'll Do

In this role, you will be a hands-on leader, managing all core accounting functions while also acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Financial Operations : Performing and overseeing all accounting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll functions.
• Reporting & Analysis : Delivering accurate monthly financial statements, leading the month-end close process, and analyzing results to help tell the story behind our numbers. You will also assist with preparing monthly reports for the Board.
• Cash Flow Management : Proactively managing company cash flow through rolling forecasts and daily oversight.
• Strategic Initiatives : Partnering with senior leadership on budget and forecast models, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting with the development of pricing strategies.
• Audit & Compliance : Leading all year-end audit preparations and execution, as well as managing financial compliance reporting.
• Systems & Processes : Assisting with the implementation of new raw materials and inventory management systems.
• Payroll & HR : Managing bi-weekly payroll, time-reporting, and key HR processes like onboarding and offboarding.
