Full-time Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Join our respected substance abuse treatment center, providing comprehensive care and support to individuals on their recovery journey.

Licensed therapists play a vital role in helping clients overcome addiction and build fulfilling, substance-free lives.

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Safe and therapeutic environment. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addiction treatment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure integrated care.
• Educate and support clients' families for involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW or PsyD.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
• Willingness to participate in training in our evidenced based frameworks for treatment, which we call our care pathways.
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Neat and professional presentation at all times.
• Warm, empathic, engagement skills with patients.
• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality.
