Audience Development Manager
Western Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Audience Development Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of creative marketing initiatives that enhance and expand our global marketing channels. This role will oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with Western Digital's brand vision, business objectives, and global market demands.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Creative Strategy Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative creative strategies that strengthen Western Digital's brand presence across global markets, including digital, print, and multimedia channels.
- Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Global Channel Support : Drive the creation and adaptation of marketing assets to support diverse global marketing channels, including social media, websites, campaigns, and partner collaborations.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI across global regions.
- Vendor And Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of creative projects and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Innovation And Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural nuances to inform creative strategies and ensure Western Digital remains competitive in global markets.
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in creative development, project management, or marketing, with a focus on global markets.Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing projects from concept to completion.Strong understanding of global marketing trends, cultural sensitivities, and channel-specific strategies.Skills :
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools (Jira) and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing creative strategies.
