We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Bilingual Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our Bengali-speaking clients.  This  full-time, remote call center role  is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in  Bengali / Hindu / Urdu and English , passionate about public service, and eager to assist individuals navigating enrollment and healthcare options.  Note :   This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside on the East Coast.  New York residency is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls regarding enrollment services
• Educate consumers on managed care options and assist with health plan selection
• Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately
• Perform mailroom support tasks as needed
• Document and track all consumer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate issues or complex inquiries to appropriate personnel
• Provide Bengali / Hindu / Urdu -English interpretation  as needed
• Participate in training sessions and stay up to date with program policies
