Unlike other sales roles, you can tap into our established dealer network to make those first connections. From there, your reach expands to architects, builders, design communities and even smart home integrators.

Knowing your audience will be key to promoting best-in-class products and growing our presence on the Internet of Things (IoT) market.

In this role, you will work closely with and be fully supported by the sales and marketing teams. You are in control of your schedule, your day, your territory - so let's get started and make that first connection with one of our recruiters.

Highlights of your role

Develop annual plan that includes market opportunity and a strategy to drive awareness, increase sales, and market share (in partnership with the Business Development Manager)

  • Proactively prospect for key partners. Create and build these relationships and engage area channel partners to support their successful long-term growth.
  • Set and complete 3-4 targeted appointments per day with potential trade customers. Work collaboratively with sales team to ensure sales opportunities are effectively completed.

Salary Range

Total earning potential $72,000-$120,000 between base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside on variable component to bring total compensation beyond this range if targets are over-achieved.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to adjust communication strategies to convey accurate technical information and explain complex concepts to audiences with different backgrounds and levels of expertise.
  • Experience in fenestration industry or Internet of Things market
  • A passion for meeting people, making connections, and being part of a successful, self-motivated team
