• Protecting and honoring the rights of people with disabilities
• Creating a supportive and clean home environment
• Building positive rapport and serving as a role model
• Teaching life skills to increase independence
• Documenting client progress and goals
• Encouraging participation in community activities
• Collaborating with co-workers to enhance growth
• Participating in ongoing professional training

General Qualifications :

• Valid auto insurance and driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Background checks required
