Collect donations for the Aparecio Foundation.
Keep track of donations and gifts received by the Aparecio Foundation using salesforce, CRM, and Excel.
Store records of gifts and donations using an efficient record-keeping system.
Ensure the accuracy of gift/donation records and fix any discrepancies.
Compile records and report progress of gifts/donations to leaders in the Aparecio Foundation.
Acknowledge and send thank you letters to donors or appoint other volunteers to do so.
Collaborate and communicate with fellow volunteers/interns.
High School Diploma
Prior office experience
Detail-oriented
Strong organization skills
