We are a Real Estate Investment Company that excels in mass marketing to homeowners delivering the freshest and hottest leads to our trained closers.
We buy single-family homes and apartment buildings throughout the country but specifically focus on Orlando, FL, Tampa FL, Pensacola, FL, and Miami, FL.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hungry closer, who knows how to read personality types and make a friend. Must have a great attitude, positive mentality, and love to meet and exceed our high standard for performance.
Compensation :
$100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Taking live calls from homeowners, discovering their "why", presenting their options, and obtaining a decision from the seller
- Using the MLS and other software provided to understand the market and make appropriate offers on homes.
- Understanding the needs and wants of sellers and presenting them with the best options that coincide with profitable opportunities for us creating win-win situations
Qualifications :
- Prior sales experience
- Preferably Real Estate Agent, but not needed
- Must be self-motivated and a desire to be the best
- Must love people and love fun
- Must work well under pressure
