Schedule is Tuesday-Satuday 6 : 30am-3pm

The Department Supervisor 2 is responsible for ensuring all safety, warehouse, and department standards are met by directing and training associates within their department. P erform all administrative duties including reviews, coaching, and daily workload planning. This is an hourly position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and directs associates for task completion.
• Trains new associates on job tasks and job knowledge in the department.
• Assists associates in completing their job tasks.
• Leads pre-shift meetings under the direction of management.
• Organizes department safety stretches routine.
• Completes the same tasks as associates in their department.
• Prepares reviews under the direction of management.
• Administers coaching and disciplinary action to associates under the direction of management.
• Plans and prepares the department for daily goals to be achieved.
• Identifies and solves basic issues and problems.
• Operates powered equipment as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and practices.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
