Product owner

Role : Product owner (Palliative and Hospice home care)

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 Months

1. Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for palliative and hospice care service delivery.

2. Identify and prioritize features that improve patient care coordination, symptom tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

3. Work closely with clinical teams such as nurses, physicians, social workers, case managers to understand workflows and translate needs into product requirements.

4. Collaborate with engineering, UX / UI design, analytics, and operations teams to deliver solutions that improve user experience and patient outcomes.

5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as documentation accuracy, visit compliance, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.

6. Ensure digital solutions support core hospice and palliative functions such as :

• Patient admission, assessment, and care planning
• Symptom and pain management documentation
• Interdisciplinary team coordination
• Family communication and bereavement tracking
