Workforce Development Manager
Summary This position works under the direction of the Executive Director of Next Step, and is tasked with leading the Workforce Development team, setting goals, developing strategies, and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and align with company objectives. The WFD Manager will also maintain a flow of candidates into the program through a strategy of recruitment, vetting, and collaboration. This role establishes trust relationships with guests through a practice of proximity, empathy, and active listening, and also serves as a program ambassador in our guest gathering spaces. This role is responsible to meet with class facilitators, prepare our presentation spaces, provide presentation needs, and maintain well-designed, robust class and activity schedules. This role gathers and shares actionable feedback for continuous improvement. This position provides participants with case management and maintains current, relevant S.O.A.P. case notes.
