Support Tech
Specific responsibilities are :
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
in a professional and friendly manner
- Cultivate good working relationships with end users and team members
- Document all pertinent information regarding an issue or request
- Follow standard procedures and assist in keeping all procedures documented and
current
- Escalate issues as needed to the appropriate resource
- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, desktop phones, printers, wireless devices and access points.
- Office / desk work, mostly sitting at a desk responding to several forms of requests
- Supporting several offices and jobsites with varying degrees of connectivity and
complexity.
