Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and motivate team members while monitoring departmental performance and driving KPI adherence
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage change and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a healthcare service environment
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
3+ years of experience implementing operational excellence as a manager
3+ years of experience using data for decision making
2+ years applying Lean Six Sigma practices or Green Belt Certified
