Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of employee relations cases, including investigations and performance management actions
Collaborate with HR and Legal to ensure consistent handling of employee relations matters and compliance with policies
Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an employee relations role
Experience with performance management, corrective actions, and investigations
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to manage sensitive information and navigate ambiguity effectively
