Coach Operations Manager

About The Role
We're seeking a strategic operator to manage the lifecycle of our coaching community while driving operational excellence across our cross-functional coaching team. As the Coach Operations Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with our 1099 contract coaches, support their Mento journey, and implement initiatives that enhance both coach and member experiences while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Coach Support & Resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coach inquiries regarding Mento tools, member questions, logistics, and schedules
- Maintain and develop coach community resources
- Communicate strategic information about members and partners to drive coach success
Operations & Process Management
Own the operational processes for coach onboarding, offboarding, and transitionsCoordinate training schedules and logistics to optimize participationDesign and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiencyTalent Acquisition & Development
Oversee recruiting operations, adapting AI technologies to establish efficient processesInterview candidates to assess on culture fit, capacity, and growth mindsetCreate an always on candidate pipeline while prioritizing forecasted coach needsPartner with the Head of Coaching to develop scalable training formats to alleviate facilitation constraints and coach candidate availabilityPerformance Analytics
Organize and monitor coach performance metricsUse data storytelling to demonstrate impact and inform strategic decisionsImplement feedback loops with the coach communityStrategic Leadership
Act as a thought partner in driving the coaching business forwardIdentify, implement, and measure key initiatives to improve coach experience & NPSCollaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap prioritiesRepresent the coach perspective in product and process decisionsQualifications :
Experience & Education
7+ years experience in operations management, leadership development, or talent recruitingBachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree a plusExperience successfully building relationships in a business environmentStartup experience preferredSkills & Competencies
