As a RemoteAllInculsive Resort Coordinator you will play a crucial role inassisting clients with their reservation needs.

This position isopen to individuals who are 18 years old or older and authorized towork in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia.

No prior experienceis necessary as training will be provided. You will be responsiblefor utilizing email skills effective communication and strongcustomer service to assist clients in securing reservations andproviding quotes.

This independent contractoropportunity is commissionbased and your compensation is derivedfrom the profits generated by your sales(1099).

Responsibilities :

ClientInteraction : Communicate with clients through variouschannels including email to understand their reservationrequirements andpreferences.

ReservationCoordination : Assist clients in making reservations forvarious services such as accommodations transportation tours andmore according to theirpreferences.

VendorLiaison : Communicate directly with vendors suppliers andservice providers to check availability negotiate rates and securereservations on behalf ofclients.

QuoteGeneration : Provide clients with accurate and timelyquotes for their requested reservations ensuring transparencyregarding costs andservices.

CustomerSupport : Address client inquiries concerns and requestspromptly and professionally offering solutions and guidance asneeded.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactionsreservations and communications withvendors.

Trainingand Development : Participate in training sessions to stayupdated on industry trends reservation processes and companypolicies.

Requirements :

• Mustbe 18 years old or older.
• Must beauthorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia.
