The Brand and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and content strategies that increase awareness, engagement and affinity across key audiences. This role serves as a key storytellertranslating business goals into compelling, consistent narratives and activities that strengthen the brand, drive thought leadership and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing, creative direction and project management skills. The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality content across digital, social, print and video channels.

Brand Strategy & Stewardship

• Maintain and help evolve brand guidelines and support training or toolkits for internal and agency teams, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals and messaging across all channels
• Act as the guardian of brand identity, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand application in campaigns, communications, collateral, presentations and digital assets
• Manage creative asset development for the bank, including brand campaigns, collateral and sales support materials, templates and multimedia storytelling
• Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, calendars and project documentation.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines and reporting in partnership with sales, brand and creative teams
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
• Help with brand elements across the Bank for internal needs such as signage and branded merchandise
• Support the daily operations of the marketing department, driving efficiency and communication across teams
