Collaborative Quality Initiative QI Lead
Collaborative Quality Initiative (CQI) programs are state-wide, quality improvement collaboratives involving facilities and providers who seek to measure and improve the care and outcomes of patients. They are supported by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships program. The Michigan Mental Health Innovation Network for Clinical Design (MI Mind) is a CQI housed at Henry Ford Health in partnership with the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Value Partnerships Program. MI Mind seeks a Collaborative Quality Initiative QI Lead (s) with a background in mental health and quality improvement who will work with the Clinical Training and MI Mind Leadership team to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the design and implementation of clinical quality initiatives.
