We are searching for a polite professionalcall center representative to work closely with other team membersto provide outstanding service to our customers by answeringquestions handling complaints and troubleshooting problems with ourproducts and services.

The call center representative may handle ahigh volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek tocreate a positive experience for each caller.

They will listen toclients to understand the reason for their call address allquestions or complaints and provide an accurate and efficientresponse.

To be a successful call center representative you shouldbe customerfocused detail oriented and efficient. You should bepolite reliable knowledgeable andadaptable.

Responsibilities :

  • Answeringor making calls to clients to learn about and address their needscomplaints or other issues with products orservices.
  • Responding efficiently and accuratelyto callers explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clientsfeel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in activelistening with callers confirming or clarifying information anddiffusing angry clients as needed.
  • Buildinglasting relationships with clients and other call center teammembers based on trust andreliability.
  • Utilizing software databasesscripts and tools appropriately.
  • Understandingand striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providingexcellent consistent customer service.
  • Makingsales or recommendations for products or services that may bettersuit client needs.
  • Taking part in training andother learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company andposition.
  • Adhering to all company policies andprocedures.

Requirements :

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • More education orexperience may be preferred.
  • Exceptionalcustomer service active listening and verbal and writtencommunication skills professional phonevoice.
  • Understanding of company productsservices and policies.
  • Proficiency withcomputers especially with CRM software and strong typingskills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions anddiffuse tense situations.
  • Strong timemanagement and decision makingskills.
  • Adaptability andaccountability.
  • Fluency in multiple languagesmay be desired.
