About the Role
As the Senior Customer Marketing Programs Manager, you will be a highly strategic and execution-driven individual contributor responsible for owning and executing scaled customer marketing programs. You will play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action - driving advocacy, storytelling, and engagement programs that amplify our customers' voices and fuel business growth. Your focus on customer success, retention, and advocacy, will closely rely on the strength of your cross functional relationships with GTM and Product teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Advocacy Programs
- Own our global customer advocacy programs, including customer reference activities, case studies, testimonials, and speaking opportunities
- Execute strategies to identify, engage, and grow a community of customer champions across segments and regions
- Collaborate with Content, Public Relations, Analyst Relations and GTM to drive customer story activation across digital, social, and field channels
- Manage customer award programs and recognition initiatives that highlight customer success, innovation, and impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to elevate their voice in the market and strengthen brand credibility
Lifecycle Programs (Retention, Up-Sell, Cross-Sell)
Manage customer nurture campaigns that increase engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and long-term loyaltyPartner with Marketing Ops, Customer Success, and Sales to identify at-risk accounts and deploy "always-on" retention campaigns and playbooksCollaborate with GTM and Product Marketing teams to develop campaigns that encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesIntegrate customer success stories and proof points into expansion campaigns to demonstrate ROI and accelerate growthProgram & Project Management
Drive disciplined program and project management for customer marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest qualityPartner with regional marketing teams to align global communication strategies with localized executionSupport the design and execution of customer advisory boards (CABs), user groups, and strategic customer events, including program management and follow-up communicationsTrack and report on key program KPIs, including advocacy impact, retention effectiveness, and expansion-related revenue contributionContinuously evaluate program performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize for scalability and business impactQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of experience in customer marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the cybersecurity industryProven experience developing customer-centric programs that drive business outcomes and a track record of driving pipeline from existing customer accountsDemonstrated success in creating and executing global customer marketing programs that drive new ARR (new, up, cross) and protect existing ARR (retention)Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ReferenceEdge, Pendo, and similar customer data / communication platformsStrong project management skills and a proven ability to execute programs from start to finishHighly self-motivated, accountable, and proactive with strong attention to detailWhat We're Looking For

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate's salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.
Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$137,000 — $152,000 USD
