Our stack : Java, Python, TypeScript, React, cloud services, AI / ML, modern CI / CD

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications for our AI-powered ticketing system (frontend and backend).
• Design and implement intelligent agentic workflows leveraging modern AI and automation techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, UX, and AI teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust features.
• Evaluate and integrate generative AI (LLMs) for ticket triage, intelligent routing, automated workflows, and search capabilities.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, code quality, security, and continuous integration / deployment.
• Measure and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability for a global customer base.
• Contribute to the team culture of constant improvement, open feedback, and healthy technical debate.
• Mentor and support junior engineers through design reviews, code pairing, and knowledge sharing.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
