Regional Sales Director, Roofing and Waterproofing

ICP Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and expand our sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest market.

This individual will be responsible for leading and driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships across Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Colorado.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing and waterproofing systems, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead sales efforts for our roofing and waterproofing brand in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the market and expand customer base.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, and building owners.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and technical expertise to customers through live demonstrations, remote learning sessions, and educational presentations.
• Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and project plans to create and maintain a bid project pipeline.
• Travel extensively within the region to maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical services, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for market growth.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
