Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Company Overview : We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our software. SDRs are vital in building rapport with new customers and uncovering their unique needs. In our office, you'll have the chance to collaborate and learn from other SDRs, Account Executives, and sales managers. We want you to succeed and offer training and support to help you develop your sales skills. We offer a benefits package, base pay, and commissions and bonuses. This is a great chance to work alongside experienced Account Executives. We love to promote from within, and there's a clear path to advance to an Account Executive role. Work Location : Logan, Utah - In office

Compensation :

• Demo set bonus : $20 per demo completed with proposal
• Commission : 7%-10% on ARR on closed deals
• Base Pay : $16 per hour
• Potential monthly bonus
