The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will report to the Division Controller and will support business unit matters for the Cash Connect division related to financial planning, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and business unit finance support. Job Responsibilities : Support the production of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and performance commentary. Develop and maintain dynamic, data-driven forecasts for annual and quarterly budgets and long-term strategic planning. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis or support business cases, strategic initiatives, and capital allocation decisions. Enhance financial models, reporting dashboards, and data visualization tools for efficiency and clarity. Technical lead : Support management decision-making with technical, quantitative guidance and expertise. Monitor and interpret key financial and operational metrics to identify and track risks & opportunities. Drive automation and process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. Support Cash Connect Division Controller and Corporate Finance as needed for ad hoc finance projects and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience (preferably in banking or financial services). Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience in Oracle GL and Essbase / Smartview is preferred. Experience with BI / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at multiple levels. Must be able to work overtime during peak reporting and filing periods. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, manage changing priorities, be extremely detail oriented and successfully work under the pressure of strict deadlines. Must have excellent problem solving and organizational abilities. Must have strong, effective and professional written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range : $62,918.00 - $103,365.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
