We’re looking for a Front Office / Treatment Coordinator who is polished, friendly, and experienced in delivering an exceptional patient experience — from the first phone call to treatment presentation and checkout.

Eaglesoft proficiency is required for this role, as you will be working closely with our clinical and administrative systems to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and check in patients
• Answer phones, manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions
• Discuss financial options and coordinate insurance benefits
• Submit insurance claims and follow up as needed
• Collect payments and assist with billing questions
• Maintain accurate digital records with HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate daily flow with clinical and admin teams
