A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a talented Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys complex cases, direct client interaction, and the challenge of high-stakes medical defense or plaintiff work.

What They’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation, healthcare liability, or professional negligence
Proven background managing cases from pre-suit through trial, including depositions, mediations, and dispositive motions
Experience working with medical experts, healthcare providers, and insurers
Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to medical and technical detail
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in medical negligence and healthcare-related litigation throughout Florida

Handle all aspects of case management — pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and client communication

Analyze complex medical records and expert reports to develop case strategy

Collaborate closely with clients, medical professionals, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
