Application Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Systems Engineer) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and test to identify the causes of incidents

Install and maintain banking applications across various environments

Serve as a liaison between departments and escalate inquiries to resolve system issues

Required Qualifications :

Prior application support engineering experience with strong analysis and issue management skills

Advanced knowledge of two or more open system applications in a production environment

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Digital.ai / DevOps, Oracle / Database, and application monitoring tools is a plus

Availability for 24 / 7 on-call rotation as needed
