Job Description
The Network Engineer position encompasses the comprehensive management and oversight of a data center network built on Arista hardware, with a focus on leveraging Cloud Vision for enhanced visibility and control over on-premises environments.
This role involves automating daily tasks and maintenance procedures to increase efficiency, utilizing configuration management tools to maintain network consistency, and overseeing configuration drift to ensure network integrity.
Additionally, the Network Engineer is responsible for integrating network tools with monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage network performance and security.
The scope of this role extends to evaluating and implementing infrastructure enhancements, adhering to ITIL practices, and contributing to strategic technology planning and systems projects within the Network Services of Information Technology.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
