Overview Product Manager, Creative Automation at NBCUniversal. Lead product development for NBCU’s Advertising Platforms & Operations, focusing on the digital creative workflow and automation to support a $10B annual advertising business. The Customer Solutions team partners with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the reimagined creative workflow.
Responsibilities Become an expert in the Ad Sales space, understanding how it works and the benefits it provides advertisers and consumers
Think holistically about all products and workflows constituting the digital ecosystem
Build creative workflow applications that deliver across Ops leadership KPIs and automate tedious manual workflows
Manage product roadmaps and communicate timelines to stakeholders; lead prioritization, feature definition, and collaboration with external partners and engineering
Collaborate across Product, Strategy, and Ops leadership to define, specify, and drive team execution
Track success using KPIs and regularly test and evaluate core metrics
Document and detail user stories for engineering and participate in UAT
Partner with Sales Operations to roll out and operationalize key features
Engage with external vendors to facilitate industry change and optimize upstream creative workflows
Own product areas, prioritize work, and maintain high quality standards
Qualifications Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product development
Proven track record of owning customer-facing product solutions in cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills; able to present updates to stakeholders and facilitate vendor calls and create PowerPoint decks
Ability to influence across platforms as needed (messenger, video conferences, in-person, phone, email)
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Measurement and Engineering teams to develop and launch products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to take an idea through launch with effective prioritization
Knowledge of technical and operational product and project requirements
Ability to communicate in technical terms (APIs, requirements documents, agile systems)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to translate challenges into iterative processes and learnings
Detail-oriented, organized, and practical; capable of launching ideas and prioritizing to get things done
Creative problem solving for unconventional challenges
Awareness of latest developments in the digital media and advertising space
Additional Information Hybrid : this position is hybrid, generally requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary Range : $120,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
