Job description

Updated : Apr 02, 2025 - The Admin Analyst manages complex setups and projects, tracking progress to meet deadlines, and performing system testing within agreed timeframes. This position provides consultative support by researching and resolving benefit design and claims issues and delivering professional customer service activities. This role organizes document distribution and manages collections and deliveries, serving as a team leader to customer service professionals.

Job Summary :

  • Provide operational support for assigned client Markets (Commercial, Medicare, Health Plan, etc.) for ongoing plan changes, new implementations, and renewal activity.
