Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple is looking for a Business Transformation Program Lead to reimagine our Sales and Sales Finance business processes. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working in areas such as contra revenue, back margin, commissions, OPEX programs, headcount dollars and programs, etc. with an emphasis on leveraging process reengineering, automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. This impactful role blends program management, business product ownership, and process innovation and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and execution. You will work with a Business Process Manager and a team of functional subject-matter experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery. Regular international travel is required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential. Strategic Vision & Process Transformation - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Define big picture goals for process transformation. Deliver operational impact across business units. Act as a business product owner for both the technical and process solutions needed to support your strategic vision define the objectives, requirements, and roadmap for technical and process improvements. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Serve as a thought partner to leadership and business SMEs. Secure partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to align on goals, secure commitment, and ensure program success. Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and alignment meetings to drive consensus and change adoption. Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Program Execution & Delivery - Create execution plans with defined milestones, timelines, success metrics, owners, budgets, dependencies and risks ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. Performance Measurement - Define and report on success metrics.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience & Subject-Matter Expertise
• 6+ years experience in project and / or program management, preferably within Sales Finance or Revenue Operations functions.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change at scale.
• Deep experience with project management tools and approaches, including agile, waterfall, etc.
• Leadership & Execution
• Ability to define strategic goals and drive execution across multiple functions and work streams with minimal supervision.
• Mastery of project planning and resource management.
• Adept at breaking down complex problems into manageable initiatives.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and dynamically adjusting plans.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communication and executive presence confident briefing senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

Pay & Benefits : At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $197,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
