This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major national transportation initiative by managing organizational change within a large-scale fleet replacement program. The Project Manager Organizational Change Management (OCM) will oversee moderately complex projects or key components of a larger program. Utilizing their technical knowledge and OCM experience, the individual will coordinate change management efforts under the guidance of a senior-level Program or Portfolio Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication plans to ensure the smooth implementation of organizational changes across the program.
