Gingie, a new restaurant from Chef Brian Lockwood & BRG, is an approachable fine-dining, contemporary American restaurant — a celebration of the kitchens, mentors, and worlds that shaped Chef Brian's craft. The experience is built around casual elegance and an inviting atmosphere, where innovative seasonal cuisine is shared, interactive, and grounded in unpretentious service. A friendly, welcoming vibe underscores every moment, from leisurely, sophisticated brunch to a thoughtfully curated beverage program designed to complement the journey.
What You’ll Do
Maintain assigned tables with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Prepare and stock service stations to support smooth, efficient service
Follow established steps of service to deliver a consistent guest experience
Provide polished food and beverage service aligned with restaurant standards
Maintain proper sanitation and organization throughout service
Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently
Work with urgency to support table flow and pacing
Execute allergy protocols with care and accuracy
Who You Are
A hospitality professional with fine-dining or elevated service experience
Guest-focused, composed, and detail-oriented
Confident in table maintenance and service flow
Clear, professional communicator
Receptive to feedback and committed to growth
