As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for managing multiple manufacturing and production departments and adheres to all company constraints from hour-to-hour into long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Supervises, motivates and assigns specific responsibilities to team members

Monitors team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers. Provides counseling to team members, as required

Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit

Enforces all company work and safety rules

Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies

Educate direct reports to be able to operate independently and cohesively from other Manufacturing departments

Ability to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specifications

Qualifications

3 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Must have manufacturing leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet

In-depth product knowledge required

Must be familiar with various hand and power tools

Available to work overtime - (Saturdays and / or longer hours)

Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
