Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with strategic global customers and engage with C-suite executives
Lead the development and execution of Customer Success Plans to drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes
Guide customers through complex implementation initiatives and advise on leveraging AI and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Customer Success, account management, or enterprise transformation with a focus on strategic customers
Business acumen with experience delivering solutions to SVP / C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies
Proven success in leading transformational initiatives that drive measurable customer outcomes
Experience with AI and technology transformation in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Customer Success Planning frameworks
