Job description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to assist with the installation of screened-in rooms and outdoor structures. This position involves physical labor, working with tools, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of screened-in rooms and related projects
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Operate drills and other basic hand tools
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance
  • Climb ladders and work safely at elevated heights
  • Work outdoors in heat, cold, and other weather conditions
  • Learn to safely operate equipment, including a chop saw
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Construction or framing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
