Backed by top-tier VCs, we're entering our next phase of rapid growth—and we're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to help lead the charge.
About The Role
As our first growth marketing leader, you'll own the full demand engine—from strategy to execution. You'll be responsible for building scalable, multi-channel campaigns that attract, convert, and retain new customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance high-level planning with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, etc.
- Lead website, landing page, and funnel optimization (SEO, CRO, content strategy)
- Run rapid A / B tests to improve CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and sales on go-to-market campaigns and messaging
- Own analytics, attribution, and marketing performance dashboards
- Build the marketing stack and manage relationships with contractors or agencies
- Lay the foundation for building a high-performing team post-Series B
