Prepare deposits, including entering borrower payments, scanning checks and money orders, and delivering physical deposits to the bank when needed. Respond to borrower inquiries via phone and email, updating account records and information as required. Generate and issue loan payoff letters for external stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Prepare and submit bi-weekly productivity reports to the Senior Accountant in alignment with agency reporting deadlines.
