Le candidat doit tre capable de voyager l'tranger et doit parler couramment l'anglais et le franais. Ce rle sera ancr aux USA (Washington, DC | Charlotte, NC | Autre Tlremote) mais les services des projets nationaux et internationaux.
Le ProSidian Consultant En Gestion Du Changement Organisationnel Et Coach mettra l'accent sur l'aspect humain du changement, y compris les changements aux processus oprationnels, systmes et technologie, rles de travail et structures organisationnelles. La principale responsabilit sera cration et mise en uvre de stratgies de gestion des changements et des plans qui maximisent les employs, dirigeants et des parties prenantes adoption et l'utilisation et de minimiser la rsistance au changement. Les conseillers en gestion de changement s'efforcera de conduire une adoption plus rapide, une plus grande utilisation ultime d'et comptence avec les changements qui influent sur l'organisation.
Le ProSidian Consultant En Gestion Du Changement Organisationnel Et Coach prendra en charge les clients internes dans la prestation de programmes complexes et des initiatives qui sont de nature stratgique et ont des consquences majeures pour la performance de l'organisation. Le candidat doit tre capable de voyager l'tranger et doit parler couramment l'anglais et le franais.
