Let's talk money and perks! Aerotek offers a base salary of $60,405.80 after an hourly training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Year 1: $65,000
Year 2: $86,000
Year 3: $102,000
Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
Year 1: $70,000
Year 2: $115,000
Year 3: $132,000
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors
