Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to join the team in our Finance department. As an Accounting Manager, you will deliver a World Class Experience by being a key member of the Finance team and providing high-level support to the Controller and Assistant Controller. This position will be responsible for preparing financial reports, processing general ledger entries, leading the accounts payable function, and supervising Finance associates. This position will also assist with the coordination of audits and regulatory exams. You will be located in Santa Barbara, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.
