We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team in Greenville. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet client and project needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Technical/Engineering/IT roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS - Jobdiva experience is good to have). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
