Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I). If you are a self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills we want you on our team! The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to hit the ground running or who is very motivated to learn. In addition, we are looking for strong business acumen and sales aptitude and someone who is self-directed by nature.

General Compensation Disclosure
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $100,000 - $180,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
