Human Resources Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Collection & Analysis : Gather and compile HR data from various sources. Skilled in data cleaning / massaging, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data. Researching and resolving data issues, which could include reaching out to HRBPs for data corrections.
• Support compliance / government reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Poster compliance
• Help desk tickets
• Unemployment hearings
• Translations
• Global holiday calendar
• Other departmental needs as required
