About the Role
The Company is a nonprofit advocacy group with a mission to promote and secure the values of life, marriage, and family, as well as religious freedom. They are seeking a President to lead the organization in the development and execution of a strategic plan that aligns with their founding principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the organization, maintaining a strong biblical worldview, and setting the public policy and legislative strategy. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with a deep passion for the signature issues of the organization, who can effectively communicate and engage with elected lawmakers to advance the mission. The ideal President for the company will be bold yet humble in their convictions, and will work to develop strategic alliances that support the organization's goals. Key responsibilities include tracking political developments, advocating for the company's values, and ensuring that the organization remains operationally sound. The role demands a leader who is well-versed in the areas of life, marriage, and family, and who can build upon the company's history of enacting pioneering laws in these areas. A strong background in advocacy, education, and accountability is essential, as is the ability to lead a team and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.
