HR Generalist
LaSalle Network is teaming up with a fast-growing, innovative technology company to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this position, you'll work directly alongside the HR Director and become the go-to HR partner for employees across the organization. HR Generalist Responsibilities :
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process employee changes and updates accurately and efficiently in the HRIS (UKG)
- Handle payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
- Partner with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support daily operations and initiatives
- Leverage HRIS platforms and demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP required)
HR Generalist Requirements :
3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (software / technology industry is a plus)Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skillsPersonable, patient, and approachable, thriving in a collaborative team settingProficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)Why You'll Love It :
