This 1st shift Forklift Operator role supports a small, close-knit team by safely moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving activities across multiple buildings. You will operate a sit-down forklift, handle materials throughout the facility, and use basic computer and inventory systems to keep products flowing smoothly.
You will join a laid-back, supportive shop with a genuine family feel and a positive working atmosphere. The company is in a growth phase under new leadership, creating more opportunities to learn, contribute, and advance over time.
This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime when needed. You will work in a small shop with a small, tight-knit team.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
