D3 Construction is looking to fill an on-call Fund 77 (XQ and XB) program manager position. The project manager will be responsible for the PSE and Advertisement of 10-11 Construction Contract, XQs and XBs. The Consultant is to report to District 3 Construction, for a minimum of 3 days on-site and 32 hrs. per week.
Coordinate with D3 Construction personnel to submit Form 42s, Federal Aid Request and Form 30s
Coordinate estimate and respective SPs.
Request and coordinate the necessary PSE Documentation (PAGD, RW Cert, Utility Cert, WDL, etc.)
Coordinate PRD Exemptions and Environmental Permits
Perform all the necessary coordination with Construction and DTSD until the advertisements of the contracts.
Review the advertised package compiled by DTSD.
Address comments as a result of the PS&E submission (DTSD, OOC, District 3, etc.) and deliver a revised set of estimates a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the Advertisement date of this contract.
Coordinate Addendums and prepare Bid Justifications as needed
Update the project spreadsheet for District tracking.
Assist in Areawide contract coordination.
Assist in preparing the FY budgets and schedules for Fund 77 program.
Perform Advertisement of FY contracts based on SHA District 3 direction
Coordinate and attend coordination meetings
Coordinate with D3 Construction personnel to report on District Fund Meeting
