Bishop & Company is seeking an Admin Coordinator for a premier Hawaii-based firm specializing in innovative science and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reconcile all shipping invoices.
  • Support shipping coordination and logistics of various field deployment projects.
  • Primary outbound shipping coordinator (including international, dangerous goods, and ITAR shipments)
  • Oversee all asset and inventory management throughout the company.
  • Primary receiver of goods; update JAMIS system; ensure proper asset tagging process in compliance with policy.
  • Oversee & conduct annual physical inventory.
  • Help to create more efficient use of storage areas.
  • Support all Company-wide travel arrangements (i.e., Book air, hotel, car, etc. as needed)
  • Process and support all travel request reconciliation as needed.
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation
  • Supports Front Desk activities (fill in / relieve receptionist as needed)
  • Support various Special Event coordination (Annual Innovation Summit, Summer Picnic, etc.)
  • Runs errands for office as required
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative staff members as required.

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory or ERP systems (e.g., JAMIS) preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping logistics, travel coordination, and invoice reconciliation a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional errands

  • Pay : $20-$25 / hr
